Awake

Last night I watched as Liberty's student body responded to the message of Ephesians 5:8-14. There are so many things that lull us to sleep. Whether it's something that has happened to us or the mundane things of the day. It is so easy to coast through life, but there's so much more.

This is a song I wrote years ago. It's one I've been praying over and over again this year. Over myself but also those around me. Its' inspiration comes from Ephesian 2:1-10 & 5:8-14. It's already had personal meaning to me, but watching these truths play out in the lives of others last night took it to the next level.
